The 2026 Fellows were officially honored during a ceremony on June 16, 2026, at the ASHP Pharmacy Futures meeting in St. Louis.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The ASHP Practitioner Recognition Program recognizes pharmacists who have excelled in pharmacy practice and distinguished themselves through service and contributions to ASHP. Individuals who have achieved FASHP status have demonstrated sustained commitment\u202fand\u00a0contributions to excellence in pharmacy practice for 10 years or more, contributed to the total body of knowledge in the field, shown active involvement and leadership in ASHP, and have been committed to educating practitioners and others.<\/span><span ASHP Practitioner Recognition Program&#8217;s\u00a0inception\u00a0in 1988, only\u202fan elite\u202fgroup of pharmacists have received this honor, making Lam&#8217;s recognition a significant
