Interested in gaining leadership skills? Looking for ways to get involved? Seeking members of your Chapman community with shared experiences? The We CU Mentorship Program is for you! The We CU Mentorship program, facilitated by the Cross-Cultural Center, Residence Life and First Year Experiences, and Promising Futures Program, empowers students to explore various facets of their identities and life experiences through intimate 1-1 relationships with peers, staff, or faculty.

Mentoring relationships are grounded in four pillars of development: Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, and/or Identity. Mentors serve as positive role models and explore perspectives grounded in their shared experiences.

Applications for Spring 2018 Mentors and Mentees are currently being accepted! Follow the links below or visit the Cross-Cultural Center OrgSync portal.
