By bringing partners together at their partner convenings, Redlands creates opportunities to strengthen relationships, share data, and engage in dialogue to drive innovation in teacher preparation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the support of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/education\/centers-and-partnerships\/thompson-policy-institute\/calepic\/index.aspx\">California Educator Preparation Innovation Collaborative (CalEPIC)<\/a>, Redlands has developed a shared program design model rooted in their <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redlands.edu\/globalassets\/admissions--aid\/graduate\/se-teaching-and-learning-conceptual-framework-and-prompt-april2020.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E.Q.U.I.T.Y. framework<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Redlands\u2019s equity centered teacher education program cultivates engaged scholars who use question-driven, inclusive, and youth-centered pedagogies to act as transformative agents for educational justice and social equity within diverse communities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These collaborative efforts have resulted in targeted recruitment strategies to ensure teacher candidates reflect the demographics of the communities they serve.
