Sally Hawkins and Cynthia Goin\u00a0<\/strong>are reshaping what it means to develop intentional programming by centering people, purpose, and partnership. In just under a year, with the support of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/education\/centers-and-partnerships\/thompson-policy-institute\/calepic\/index.aspx\" data-emb-iscopy=\"true\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.chapman.edu\/education\/centers-and-partnerships\/thompson-policy-institute\/calepic\/index.aspx\">California Educator Preparation Innovation Collaborative (CalEPIC)<\/a>, Saint Mary&#8217;s has developed and launched three successful, equity-centered teacher residency programs. These programs <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">take a humanizing approach to diversifying the teacher workforce by recruiting candidates who represent the local community and break down financial and structural barriers by offering paid clinical experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In our latest case study, &#8220;<strong>Humanizing Teacher Preparation&#8221;<\/strong>, we invite you to explore how Saint Mary&#8217;s is reimagining the future of teacher preparation.
