You’re invited to hear a transgender mother’s (Jessica Lynn) challenges to parental rights on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Beckman Hall, Room 404.

Jessica Lynn is a renowned advocate, educator, and parent who is actively engaged in pressing conversations surrounding the transgender experience. Her mission in educating students is to reunite with her youngest son, who, after a botched Texas court ruling, was separated from her due to her transgender status. Lynn is consistently in demand at many of the nation’s biggest universities in an effort educate and inform students on her own experiences as a parent living as a transgender woman.

This is open to all Chapman students, faculty, and staff.
