In a Chapman \u201cState of Mind\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As we embark upon the start of the academic year at Chapman and resume in-person learning and living, I feel the mix of excitement and apprehension on campus.<\/p>\n

As the Director of Wellbeing, I\u2019m committed to advance programs and resources<\/a> to foster the resilience and long-term wellbeing of our students and campus community.<\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re a new or returning student to Chapman, it\u2019s inevitable that customs and habits that you used to enjoy\u2014or merely took for granted\u2014may challenge you. New norms will become prevalent in how and when we interact with others. We will also face new stressors following the global pandemic as we integrate back into campus and society that may threaten what I call our \u201cre-humanization process\u201d.<\/p>\n

I wonder if you\u2019ve experienced or can relate to any of the following issues over the past few months that possibly disrupt your ability to re-humanize.<\/p>\n
