He has lectured on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and its impact on health care organizations of all types.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terri Thorfinnson, J.D<\/strong>., is a senior level health policy consultant and former Chief of the Office of\u00a0 Women&#8217;s Health in the California Department of Health Care services and the California Department of Public Health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Greg Buchert, M.D., MPH<\/strong>, is the former CEO of CalOptima, a large public health plan. A practicing physician, Dr. Buchert has been involved in all aspects of health care delivery including medical group management, hospital administration, and pediatric medicine.<\/p>\n<p>For more
