Dr. Leopardi will focus on the invention of crystal, the quest to produce glass in imitation of precious materials and the magical properties used to repel poisons based off of the use of crystals. <\/p>\n<p>The reception begins at 1:30 p.m., followed by a lecture at 2 p.m. in the Norma Kershaw Auditorium at Bowers Museum, 2002 North Main Street&nbsp;in Santa Ana.
