\n – Europe today: A reliable partner of America and the world? on Thursday, November 17, 4-6 p.m. in Argyros Forum, 209B.

\nDr. Bernd Fischer is currently the Representative of the Federal Republic of Germany in Southern California and the states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. In his role as Consul General in Los Angeles he seeks to foster and deepen German American relations and has lectured at prestigious universities on Germany’s reunification and the important role it plays in the European Union.
