On January 16, an Environmental Impact Report scoping meeting was held to outline the requirements for the upcoming environmental review.
Also in January, the 45-day public comment period for local residents came to a close. All comments will now be reviewed, along with those received from the City of Orange, to determine how they
will affect Specific Plan Amendment 7 (SPA7) moving forward.
