The Center for Global Education (CGE) has an annual photo contest every year during the beginning of fall semester where we invite study abroad participants from the previous academic year who participated in semester programs, faculty-led travel courses, and summer international internships to submit photos from their travels.

All of the photos submitted captured beautiful memories in the making. We are glad to have the chance to share these photos with you, and perhaps encourage you to take on a journey of your own.

We’re excited to announce the winners of our 2016 Study Abroad Photo Contest! More than 100 photos were submitted and the photos received over 1000 likes combined!

The annual photo contest gives students the opportunity to share a moment from their time abroad. Our 2016 Photo Contest was administered through the CGE Facebook page. The categories for our photo contest this year included:

Students with a photo receiving the most Facebook “Likes” in each category won free admission to this year’s “Lessons from Abroad Conference.” Their photos will be displayed in the Student Union in November.
