Why are we so fascinated by the idea of the world ending? INTERSTICES: Surviving the End of the World will help answer that question on April 6, 2017. The event features an interdisciplinary panel discussion on the realities, myths, and stories of disaster and apocalypse and includes World War Z author Max Brooks. But we want to know…who would you want with you to survive the end of the world?

The Office of Alumni Engagement wants to hear from you! Name your alumni apocalypse team for a chance to win a copy of World War Z, signed by author Max Brooks. To enter, complete the online form to name three fellow Chapman alumni as part of your alumni apocalypse team. For additional entries, name a Chapman professor, staff, or administrator to your team or create a team name. The winner will be chosen at random in April.

In addition to attending INTERSTICES: Surviving the End of the World on April 6, 2017, alumni can participate in a book club to read and discuss World War Z. Meetings will take place March 28 and March 30 and can be attended virtually via streaming.
