Since mid-July, the Center for Global Education has had its doors open after closing its physical doors and working remotely for over a year. For the first time since March 2020, students can meet and speak with our Peer Advisors and Graduate Assistants in person about anything and everything related to global education. Students can walk in from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. to speak with a Peer Advisor for general advising questions at the front desk. Some students may even meet with a Graduate Assistant for their study abroad experience for certain colleges. When you attend a Global First Steps session, our Peer Advisors and Graduate Assistants will be leading the session to inform you about the types of programs offered, timelines, scholarships, and more. Our student team is here to help you answer any questions you have and may even give personal experiences about their study abroad experience if they have participated in a travel course, international internship, or semester abroad program.

We are excited to share our incredible student team! You can learn more about our Peer Advisors and Graduate Assistants below.
