Guest pianist Robson to perform contemporary works February 12

Acclaimed Los Angeles pianist Mark Robson will give a guest piano recital presenting the music of well-known living composers Mark-Anthony Turnage, Augusta Read Thomas, György Kurtág and Frederic Rzewski, along with the music by local SoCal composers Daniel Rothman, Nick Norton, Mark Robson, and Chapman University’s music composition faculty Sean Heim and Vera Ivanova.
The performance is slated for Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. in Salmon Recital Hall. Tickets are $10 general admission; $5 senior citizens, alumni and non-Chapman students. For information, call 714-997-6812 or visit chapman.edu/tickets.
