Please congratulate 1L Stephanie Lincoln, who has been selected to work as a legal intern at Open Society Justice Initiative in Phnom Penh this summer.  She will spend two months working on legal issues relating to the on-going Khmer Rouge Tribunal.  The position was highly selective; OSJI accepts only two summer interns in Phnom Penh.  This is the fifth year in a row in which they have taken a Chapman law student.
