Emanuelle Schwartzman, Pharm.D., has been awarded a 2025 California Society of Health-System Pharmacists Practitioner Recognition Program Award. This award formally recognizes pharmacists who demonstrate an ongoing level of involvement and commitment to educating practitioners, residents, students, administrators, and/or the public in the pharmacy practice. 

Schwartzman is CUSP’s Department of Pharmacy Practice Chair, and also serves as an ambulatory care pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Health Center. Read CSHP’s full announcement here.
