Chapman University’s annual Sholund Scholarship Concert, presented by the university’s Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music, will break with tradition this year as it showcases the talent of individual students. Rather than a full-size orchestral performance as it has been in previous years, the 2014 concert will be a more intimate experience with a variety of solo, duo and small ensemble performances. The concert takes place Saturday, May 10 at 4 p.m. in Chapman’s Memorial Hall. Tickets are $20 general admission; $15 for senior citizens, alumni and non-Chapman students; and $10 for Chapman students, faculty and staff.
