Chapman University MBA program ranked in top tier of CEO Magazine’s Global MBA Rankings

Chapman University’s MBA program – in the Argyros School of Business and Economics – is ranked in CEO Magazine’s Global MBA Rankings for 2016. Appearing in the first of two tiers, this is the first time the university’s MBA program has been ranked by this organization.

“One of the reasons we are particularly proud of this ranking is that it is weighted more heavily for resources, outcomes and return on investment for graduates,” said Darryl Stevens, assistant dean, graduate and executive education at Chapman’s Argyros School of Business and Economics. “The CEO Magazine ranking does not differentiate between #1 and #2—they put all schools in a tier together, which means that Chapman’s MBA program is as good a return on investment as any of the schools in the tier.”

Established in 2005, Chapman’s full-time MBA program currently has 58 students enrolled, allowing for a very personalized approach to educating business leaders of the future. The full-time MBA program is designed for early career candidates aspiring to build a foundational and practical toolkit in route to C-level careers or entrepreneurship roles. Chapman’s MBA programs are also ranked by U.S. News and World Report and BloombergBusinessWeek.

Launched in 2008, CEO Magazine began its annual Global MBA Rankings in 2012. This year, CEO Magazine reached out to more than 300 business schools across North America, Europe and Australia. According to CEO Magazine: “The Global MBA Rankings are designed with applicants in mind, and examine the nuts and bolts of an MBA: the learning environment, class sizes, tuition fees, faculty, delivery methods, international diversity, gender make-up and more.
