The Hoag Center for Real Estate and Finance at Chapman University will host the 5th annual Home Ownership Day on its Orange campus, Saturday, January 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The free educational event, which features 20 targeted sessions for maximizing real estate, is open to the public.
Topics, such as: first time buyers and loans, ways to improve your credit score, reverse mortgages, the escrow process, selling your home, including a session on what veterans need to know, are presented by experts for free to attendees. We want to be there to offer relief to some of these uncertainties by providing knowledge and information.”

About one year later, here we are celebrating our first purchase (a complicated sale) and with some equity already saved!
