Chapman University’s full-time MBA program—in the Argyros School of Business and Economics—is ranked #68 in the nation according to
Bloomberg BusinessWeek.
This marks the first time Chapman’s full-time MBA program has ranked in
Bloomberg
. In addition, the part-time MBA program ranked number 65.
“Being ranked so strongly in the top 100 for the first appearance of our fulltime program on the

BusinessWeek list confirms the great work being done by our faculty, staff and students,” said Reggie Gilyard, dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics, Chapman University. “Our team will continue their great work, and we anticipate that this will continue to translate into positive movement in the rankings in the years to come.”
The full-time MBA program has also twice ranked in the top 100 in
U.S. News & World Report
’s ranking of full-time MBA programs.
Established in 2005, Chapman’s full-time MBA program currently has 61 students enrolled, allowing for a very personalized approach to educating business leaders of the future. The
full-time MBA program
is designed for early career candidates aspiring to build a foundational and practical toolkit in route to C-level careers or entrepreneurship roles. The part-time MBA program, called the Professional Program at Chapman, currently has 124 students enrolled, and is offered in a flexible format, which allows students to customize their pathway.

Bloomberg BusinessWeek
: The full-time MBA rankings are based on five parts: employer survey, alumni survey, student survey, job placement rate, and starting salary. Their website further states, “Our national ranking of full-time MBA programs now focuses on what people hope to get after business school – a satisfying, well-paying job.”
To create the ranking,
Bloomberg BusinessWeek
compiled data from more than 13,150 current students, 18,540 alumni, and 1,460 recruiters across 177 distinct MBA programs, which resulted in their deepest and broadest set of data ever, according to their website.
