IS&T has been monitoring the CrowdStrike issue affecting Windows-based computers on our systems, and taking action as necessary. Chapman does not use CrowdStrike, so our systems have had minimal impact due to the outage. However, we understand there may be some peripheral impact on the community due to issues experienced by some of our partners.

Specifically, our payment processing provider (TouchNet)  has indicated that ePay ACH validation and processing could be interrupted for some banks. Users may see declined validation results and should try again at a later time.

Chapman will not assess any late fees for tuition payments that are not submitted by Saturday, July 20 due to this issue.
