At Chapman University Town & Gown, we are proud to be growing our community outreach efforts and sharing the incredible work happening both on and off campus. We were thrilled to have our recent Lunch at the Forum featured in the Foothills Sentry—a wonderful step toward increasing visibility in the greater community.

Our luncheons continue to be a meaningful way to showcase the university’s mission and programs. We have been working on welcoming more community dignitaries to these events, and we are pleased to share that our president, Kathy Dunlap, recently brought a local school trustee as her guest. These connections help build strong bridges between Chapman and the broader Orange County community. Inviting elected officials, business owners, and community leaders not only raises awareness of Chapman’s impact but also strengthens support for our scholarship efforts.

We are also making strides on social media. I enjoy sharing photos and highlights from our events on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Chapman Support Group Liaison Erin Peltier and her team do a fantastic job managing the official Town & Gown Facebook page, and we have received enthusiastic feedback from our growing online presence.

If you are on social media, we encourage you to post about your positive experiences with Town & Gown. This group is truly a gem, and by spreading the word, we can expand our reach and increase support for the scholarships that make a real difference in the lives of Chapman students.

The more voices we have sharing our story, the greater impact we can make—together.
