Our Spring Member Spotlight features Margaret and Jerry Costello, members of Town and Gown since the fall of 2023. Their daughter Colleen is the fiancée of Stephen Pollard, longtime T&G member Judy Crum’s grandson, who was featured in our Member Spotlight in the January edition of Talk of the Town. In every way, the Costellos are a special part of the “Chapman Family.”

Margaret and Jerry Costello

Margy is a retired teacher. Jerry is retired from designing commercial fire sprinkler systems. The Costellos have lived in Orange for over 30 years and raised their two children here. When asked about their motivation for joining Town & Gown, they responded: “We have watched Chapman grow and expand through the years and directly learned what a great educational institution it is when our daughter Colleen earned her degree there.”

We warmly welcome Jerry and Margy to Town and Gown and look forward to seeing them at events and activities in the future. Thank you to the entire Costello family for their support and promotion of Chapman University’s presence in the community.
