Establishing and maintaining community in the workplace enriches the employee experience by creating a place of support and security. When we feel a valuable connection with each other, our office life transcends our individual experience and becomes a shared experience with people we care about and who support us. Beyond the support, human connection (in our case, with coworkers) is known to bring mutual understanding, a diversity of ideas to help us grow, and happiness! And who doesn’t want to be happy, especially at work?!
