What were you doing twenty years ago:
“20 years ago, (I was 32) I was working as a marketing director in the Bay Area. I had four young children ranging from 2 years to 9 years old, and I made the mistake of adopting a 95 lb. yellow lab puppy, with severe allergies and a penchant for chocolate, named Charlie. My husband worked for Ghirardelli Chocolate company, so as you can imagine we rushed the dog to the vet many times after he would find and eat a hidden case of chocolate. My home, which was already out of control and crazy, turned into an utter circus with the large dog running the show.  I think of those times now, running after the dog, hiding food and candy, watching the kids as they rode on his back, chasing the dog down the street… Today, my kids are now all over the country and my 2 year old baby is applying to Chapman as I write this. Charlie is long gone, but the memories are awesome.”
