In December 2022, Canvas announced that Unsplash images would no longer be available within Canvas. 

If you already have Unsplash images in your course, those pictures will remain unchanged. However, you won’t be able to bring in new images.

…all previous imagery will be protected and retained. According to Unsplash, any images previously embedded within Canvas courses will remain intact: No broken links!

 

If you want to bring images into your Canvas course without worrying about copyright infringement, you can still use Unsplash by going to https://unsplash.com and searching for images.

Alternatively, Chapman users logging in with their Chapman accounts can access unlimited Adobe Stock images by going to https://stock.adobe.com and using your Chapman address to log in.
