Courses are uploaded to Blackboard 60 days prior to the term start date. Instructors have to be assigned to the course in PeopleSoft. Once you are assigned in PeopleSoft it takes about 4 hours to gain access to your Blackboard course. You will know when you have access if you see the course listed on
