Will we see you at homecoming? The Chapman Family Homecoming Celebration is just weeks away

On behalf of the Chapman University Alumni Association Board of Directors, it’s my pleasure to invite you back to campus for the
Chapman Family Homecoming Celebration
, coming up
Friday, October 2 through Sunday, October 4
. We can’t wait to welcome you home - we’ve got a great weekend planned for alumni! Homecoming is the perfect opportunity for us to catch up with old friends, forge new bonds and get reacquainted with Chapman.

One of the big highlights every year is the Chili Cook-Off and Tailgate, sponsored by the Alumni Association. This event packs Attallah Piazza with alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and more members of our Chapman Family. Enjoy sampling unique chilis, casting your vote for the People’s Choice Award and hanging out in the Panther Pub in the Piazza, which will be serving beer and wine.

In fact, we’ll have our very own Chapman Panther custom brew from
Bottle Logic Brewing
, which is owned by alumnus
Steve Napolitano ’05 (JD ’09)
and located in Anaheim. The custom brew will only be available at homecoming from 4 – 10 p.m. on Saturday, so don’t miss out.

Look for the Alumni Association table in the Piazza during the Chili Cook-Off and come visit us to learn more about the many benefits of being a Chapman grad. We’d love to meet you!

There’s truly something for everyone at homecoming. Bring your kids to the Chapman Family Picnic and spend an afternoon playing yard games like corn hole, life–size croquet and more. Get back into the classroom at a Faculty Master Class taught by some of your favorite professors. Visit the Alumni Retreat Suite to rest your feet, chat with fellow alumni and leave messages for Chapman friends on our interactive message wall. Take an art and sculpture tour of campus to learn more about the art that makes our campus such a beautiful and special place.

Many events have limited capacity, so make sure to

so you can select all the events you’re attending. Your discounted $5 registration fee includes a pair of limited edition Chapman sunglasses, pom-poms, a $4 gift to the Alumni Scholarship Fund, and a slate of alumni events and programs throughout the weekend. So by coming back to Chapman for homecoming you’re not just having a fun action-packed weekend, you’re also helping current and future generations of students get the opportunity to have the same incredible Chapman experience we had.
