Advice to students on how to adjust their job search in the time of COVID 19?

Set yourself apart from the crowd; include a cover letter, do your research on the company before phone screens/interviews, show you care by following up. It never hurts to make an extra effort. Something quick & simple like sending an email or a physical letter to the interviewer to thank them for their time and attention can speak volumes to your seriousness.

How has your recruitment model adjusted to this unprecedented time?  

We continue to attend virtual and in-person events. Initial phone screenings remain the same.  But the face-to-face interview has moved to be either, or both, in our office and online.

What excites you about your company/industry?  

It truly is an amazing thing to be part of a growing company with so many modernizations in such a historically massive industry. It has been clear to me from the very beginning that I entered into a company that would be ever-evolving, that cared deeply for not only its customer but its team members. OptionWide is on its way to remarkable success and I cannot be prouder to be part of that.
