Student Cellist Wins Pasadena Showcase House Competition

Cellist Christopher DeFazio ’16 was recently awarded first prize in the strings category for the Pasadena Showcase House Competition.  He was awarded $4,000.  The finals took place at Thayer Hall at The Colburn School in Los Angeles on November 16.  Christopher was the youngest competitor.  Other finalists included students from the Colburn School and USC.  The judges included members of the
