Chapman University PA Faculty Member Selected to Present at National ARC-PA Conference on AI Innovation in PA Education

Reza Mirbolooki, MD, PhD, instructional associate professor in Chapman’s Physician Assistant Studies Program, has been selected to present at the 2026 Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) Annual Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

His presentation, “From Prompt to Practice: AI-Driven Adaptive Learning in PA Education,” highlights how artificial intelligence is transforming physician assistant education through personalized, adaptive learning experiences that support student success and strengthen clinical training.

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape both healthcare and higher education, Dr. Mirbolooki’s presentation addresses one of the greatest challenges facing PA education: preparing students to master an ever-growing body of medical knowledge while meeting the unique learning needs of every learner. His session explores how AI-powered adaptive learning can identify knowledge gaps, provide individualized feedback, and tailor instruction in real time to improve educational outcomes.

The presentation also showcases innovative approaches to integrating AI into physician assistant education, including AI-assisted tutoring, adaptive assessment systems, prompt engineering for educators, and personalized learning pathways that enhance student engagement and clinical reasoning.
