The ABA Student Lawyer Magazine ran an article on 3L students Jimmy Blalock, Brett Corson, Meghan O’Brien Taylor, and Arlinda Witko winning the 2008-2009 National Arbitration Competition against 13 other teams from across the country.  The competition challenge was to arbitrate a case in the field of election campaign law where the teams represented both the claimant and the respondent.  Blalock summed it up best when he said that the team’s nonstop practice since Winter break, including three hour practice sessions each day and preparation time “was totally worth it.”
