Chapman Law Alumnus Publishes Handbook for Estate Planning

Darren T. Case (’08) became one of the new co-authors of West’s Arizona Estate and Probate Planning Handbook. During his time at Chapman Law, Darren was dedicated to studying tax law. He was president of the Tax Law Society and managing editor of the Chapman Law Courier along with his wife, Ashley Case (’08), who was the creator of the Chapman Law Courier. Additionally, Darren was the Tax Law Honors Graduate of 2008 and he received the Ellis Stern Tax Law Scholarship.
After graduating from Chapman Law, Darren attended Georgetown University to continue his tax law studies. He graduated from Georgetown in 2009 with an LL.M. in Taxation with an emphasis in Estate Planning. Darren is currently practicing tax and estate planning law in Phoenix, Arizona at the law firm of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.
