October 20, 2016
Orange County’s Bergener Mirejovsky continues to support Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law students, providing a $50,000 gift to fund scholarships for first and second year students who have acquired real-world work skills prior to commencing law school. This is the fourth consecutive year the firm has provided scholarships to Chapman law students.
In addition to its scholarship support, Bergener Mirejovsky has hired a number of Fowler School of Law alumni. Samuel Mirejovsky (’14), who worked for the firm throughout law school, was named partner last year. Other alumni currently at the firm include Ian McTaggart (’14), Ashley Watkins (’14), Megan Lane (’15), Gabriel Vigh (’15), and Sabrina Tanamachi (’16).
“James Bergener and Samuel Mirejovsky demonstrate a strong commitment to Fowler School of Law, not only through their financial contributions to support student scholarships but also by hiring our graduates,” Chapman’s Fowler School of Law Dean Matt Parlow said. “This is a great demonstration of the potential partnerships we can have with other alumni. Bergener Mirejovsky is full of Chapman pride, and we look forward to continuing this relationship.”
