Join us as Professor Tom W. Bell discusses his recent book, Intellectual Privilege: Copyright, Common Law, and the Common Good at the second installment of the Hugh & Hazel Darling Law Library’s Book Talk series.

Professor Bell is a leading authority on intellectual property, specializing in copyright, internet law, and legal and public policy issues for the high-tech industry. As a professor of law, author, artist and musician, he provides a unique and insightful perspective on copyright law. Having written extensively on copyright issues, his book explores, “a new and insightful view of copyright, marking the path toward a world less encumbered by legal restrictions and yet richer in art, music, and other expressive works.”
