Dean John Eastman was quoted in an article entitled, “Verdict against critic of creationism.” The article discusses a May 1, 2009 ruling that a CUSD schoolteacher had violated the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause by calling creationism “religious, superstitious nonsense” in a school setting.
