Fowler School of Law Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Daniel B. Bogart served as Senior Contributing Editor in the most recent edition of Friedman on Leases , published by the Practicing Law Institute.

Daniel B. Bogart holds the Bolinger Chair in Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Law at the Fowler School of Law, and serves as the Director of the law school’s Center for Land Resources. In addition to his current role as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Professor Bogart previously served as the law school’s Associate Dean for Administration from 2010-2012. Professor Bogart’s scholarly, teaching, and national service interests emphasize real estate transactional practice.  His articles have appeared in theUCLA Law Review, the American Bankruptcy Law Journal , and the Pittsburgh Law Review, among others. He is also the author (with Jerry L. Anderson) of the textbook on Property Law: Practice, Problems, and Perspectives published in 2014 by Aspen.
