Elder Abuse Case Garners National Attention for Alumnus Jason Burris

The article covered one of his more unusual recent cases. Burris represents Fran Breslauer, a 90-year-old woman whose San Diego home was taken over by a former caregiver.

Bergener Mirejovsky Continues Generous Scholarship Support with $50,000 Gift

Orange County’s Bergener Mirejovsky continues to support Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law students, providing a $50,000 gift to fund scholarships for first and second year students who have acquired real-world work skills prior to commencing law school.
