Congratulations to Golden Gavel Winners Cayton & Pflueger-Cavallaro

Chapman’s annual Rutan & Tucker 1L Golden Gavel Competition began with over 170 Legal Research and Writing students arguing a brief that they drafted answering whether Transgendered Individuals were protection under Title VII against discrimination “because of sex,” and if the Defendant employer in an imaginary fact pattern had legitimate reasons to terminate the transgender Plaintiff.

Chapman Law Adopting Military Unit

Chapman Law 3L Rebecca Kipper and her unit were called to active duty, and are stationed in Kuwait.  We are “adopting” her unit and want to send them some support.  Rebecca and her unit have requested toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, facial moisturizer, body lotion, body wash, and razors (for both men and women).

Professor Cianciarulo Granted Tenure

Chapman Alumnus Thomas Robichaux Voted School Board President
