Professor Bishop Publishes Book on Corporate Law

Lionel Sawyer & Collins has released Professor Keith Bishop’s new book about Nevada corporate law. Professor Bishop’s latest treatise, Bishop & Zucker on Nevada Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (Lionel Sawyer & Collins), reflects the substantial changes the Nevada legislature has made to corporate statutes.
