A new hybrid Reference Desk service model has been implemented and is currently in place at the Leatherby Libraries.  Our reference services will be offered partially in-person at the Reference Desk and partially remotely.

Beginning this Fall semester, we will continue with our hybrid reference schedule with set hours for in-person assistance and set hours for virtual assistance.

The details of the Fall hybrid reference schedule are as follows:

In-person assistance hours:

  • Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Virtual assistance hours:

  • Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.
  • Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday – Sunday, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

A sign with a QR code and directions for reaching remote reference services will be placed at the Reference Desk and the Circulation Desk.
