CUSP donates PPE to CHOC and St. Joseph Hospitals

The situation in many hospitals with personal protective equipment (PPE) for our front-line healthcare workers is critical. As the rates of virus infection increase, it is crucial over the next few weeks that everyone does all they can to limit the PPE shortage. Healthcare professionals on the front line need to protect themselves and also protect the patients they see as they move between patients who may or may not be infected.
Chapman University School of Pharmacy is donating PPE to CHOC and Saint Joseph hospitals. The donation package is composed of several boxes of gloves, masks, Bouffant Caps, shoe covers, and isolation gowns. The following faculty and laboratories donated and contributed to this mission. Dr. Aftab Ahmed and Anne Dubell assisted in collecting the items and packaging.
