What advice do you have for anyone looking for an internship or job in this market?

One piece of career advice I would give students is to not give up and apply to everything even if you think you might not be fully qualified. It doesn’t hurt to apply and see what happens. It can get discouraging to get rejected from positions you want, but take each application as a learning experience and eventually you will land your dream job.
