The Chapman Panthers team came out in full force Sunday morning, September 28th, for the Susan Komen 5k.

What a great job the team did representing Chapman University. All of which could not have been done if it weren’t for the efforts of Scott Johnson (MBAAA President), Paula Mattison (Team Captain), and the dedicated team of co-captains; Sarah Mattison, Ayaka Morimoto, Monica Schneider, Avinash Shrikantia, and April Mara Cristal.

A huge thank you goes out to all of those who participated by walking, running, and/or donating for the Susan G Komen Orange County Race for the Cure! The generosity shown on behalf of Chapman University and commitment to the fight against breast cancer will enable the Susan G. Komen Orange County to fund vital breast health education, outreach, screening and treatment programs right here in our community.

This year the Chapman team of 36 people raised $2,850 to fight breast cancer and save the lives of local women with mammography and other breast health services. Lives are saved with your participation, donations, and support.

Donations are still open and there are 30 days left to collect any last minute donations so, if you haven’t already, make sure to check out
the team page
and donate today!
