Mayor Smith and Chancellor Struppa co-author guest column in ‘The Panther’

City of Orange Mayor Teresa Smith and Chapman University Chancellor and President-Designate Daniele Struppa collaborated on a guest column for The Panther, the student-run newspaper at Chapman University. In it they address some of the questions that have arisen in the community regarding the work of the Neighborhood Advisory Committee.
