Disaster Preparedness Final Exercise on Wed., May 10
On Wednesday, May 10th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Chapman University’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program will be conducting their final exercise drill at 566 and 568 N. Grand. During this time, approximately 35 student, faculty and staff volunteers will be putting out fires, conducting search and rescue and doing triage on live “victims.”
Orange High FFA Farm Fest on Saturday, 5/13
Orange High School’s agricultural program will be hosting its annual FARM FEST event, encouraging the community to come and visit this working farm. The FFA (Future Farmers of America) farm allows students to learn about and raise animals, including livestock and other exotics.
