Music Alumnus Accepted Into Chautauqua Opera Apprentice Program

Music alumnus Brett Sprague (’10) has been accepted into the competitive apprentice program at Chautauqua Opera for the 2013 summer season.  He will perform Rector Adams in

.  The Chautauqua Opera Young Artist program was formally established in 1966, followed by the creation of a Studio Artist program in 1981. In 2012, almost 700 applicants from 45 states and 5 foreign countries applied for the 26 coveted positions in the training program.
