A big welcome to all the new, transfer, and early-bird returning Dodge College students on campus this week!

Today marks the beginning of Chapman’s week-long Orientation program, designed to familiarize new and transfer students with the environment, activities, policies, and opportunities that make Chapman the special place it is, and to help forge the bonds of relationship that will define their first year on campus.

If you have any questions during the first week here, you should set your browsers to the main Chapman University Orientation page, which lists the people, places, and activities you’ll need to know to be successful here right from the get-go.

In addition to the various events and meetings on the main University campus, new Dodge College students have major-specific meetings here in Marion Knott Studios on Wednesday, transfer students are welcomed into the fold on Thursday, and make sure not to miss our official mixer with Dean Bob Bassett on Friday.  Here’s a list of the DCFMA events:

  • Graduate Student Welcome Mixer
  • Location: MKS 146, Stage B
  • Bob Bassett, Dean of Dodge College, officially welcomes the incoming graduate class and introduces key faculty and staff. A casual mixer for the incoming graduate students follows, also attended by faculty and continuing graduate students.
