The article “What It Means to Be Famous Worldwide” written by Chapman law student Ian McClure was published in the October 2007 issue of the Federal Lawyer.  The article focuses on protection of “famous” international trademarks that are unregistered.  Ian is a Notes Editor for the Chapman Law Review as well as Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
