Professor Scott Howe was quoted in an article in the Orange County Register entitled “‘Twelve Angry Men’ is great drama, but is it realistic?.” Read article…  Professor Howe was quoted in this piece as stating:

“It’s a great story,” agreed Scott Howe, a professor of criminal law at Chapman University School of Law, who will be on the panel with Levenson. “It’s a very well-written play, and the author really knew how to build these moments of tension through conflict among the jurors then let it down and build it again.
